We are very excited about our location for the 5th annual Traditional Paddlers retreat and all the advantages it brings us.    Camp Fellowship, Waterloo, S.C. (near Greenwood)  from 18 - 20 May 2018.
The Camp is a lovely campus located on Lake Greenwood, a 28 mile long by 1/2 mile + wide lake with plenty of water to explore and lots of shoreline along which to practice the paddling and rolling skills we want to learn or hone.  The weekend is inclusive of instruction, lodging and meals all for one small price.
Lodging will be in the Conference Center building where the rooms are configured to house 3 people sharing a bathroom.  Bed linens will be furnished by the camp; so no need to bring a sleeping bag.  Within the same building, there is meeting area which will give us a space to gather for presentations or just to converse with one another.  Adjoining the meeting space is a kitchenette which offers us space to store drinks and snacks.  A covered entry porch will give us room to shed wet outer clothing before going through the meeting area and into our rooms.   This building is centrally located both near the dining hall and access to the lake.
A lovely lakeside pavilion will provide us a place for the low country boil on Friday evening and lovely views  over the lake any time.
